The Rubey Rescue Run brought together more than 100 runners, walkers, and four-legged friends for a fun-filled morning in support of the Aspen Animal Shelter. Participants took on either the 5K race or 1-mile walk, with plenty of costumes—on both people and pups—adding to the festivities!

After the race, the fun continued with games, food, drinks, and plenty of community spirit. A huge thank-you to our generous sponsors, including Louis Swiss Bakery, Clark’s Market, and Afternoon Deelites Ice Cream, for helping make the day such a success.

We’re still tallying the final fundraising total, but we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who participated, volunteered, sponsored, and supported the event. We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
